Chestnut Park is a high-end rest estate brokerage that has been successfully serving clients for over 30 years. The brokerage services 30 different markets throughout Ontario and has generated over 50 billion dollars worth of sales since commencing operation. The new brand identity introduces a darker, more elegant colour palette and an all-new word mark featuring a decorative typeface that hints at the companies name. A chestnut leaf icon has also been created that can be used separately where space is limited as a short-hand for the primary logo.

The brand aesthetic is one of sophistication and luxury, and it is meant to appeal to high-end real estate buyers who demand the very best in their purchases.
